【Customization Solutions】

Client (Party A) customizes satellite solutions based on actual needs. Our cmpany (Party B) conducts product design per Party A’s requirements and formulates commercial quotations. Both parties implement milestone reviews and payments according to agreed schedules. Party B may construct calibration sites, TT&C/data transmission ground stations, and data storage/processing systems at locations designated by Party A, while also providing personnel training.

For example, In the context of satellite service expansion to the Middle East, customized solutions prove essential for addressing the region’s diverse market demands. The Middle East possesses unique geographical and cultural environments alongside specific requirements for remote sensing technologies. For instance, countries like Saudi Arabia and UAE demand extensive oil and gas exploration services. Tailored remote sensing satellite solutions deliver precise geological exploration data, enabling more efficient energy resource development and management. According to International Energy Agency (IEA) data, the Middle East holds the world’s largest oil reserves, and customized services provide critical resource management tools for these nations.

Furthermore, the Middle East’s extreme climate conditions, including high temperatures and sandstorms, impose stringent requirements on satellite system durability and reliability. Customized satellite technologies must withstand such harsh environments, ensuring uninterrupted communications and stable data services under extreme operating conditions.

【Satellite In-orbit Delivery Mode】

Client (Party A) directly purchases in-orbit satellites from our Company (Party B). Party B provides in-orbit calibration, TT&C (Tracking, Telemetry and Control), data transmission, data storage, and processing services. Alternatively, based on locations designated by Party A, Party B constructs calibration sites, TT&C and data transmission ground stations, data storage and processing systems, and is responsible for relevant personnel training.

【Establish a Localized Operation and Maintenance Team】

In the process of satellite service expansion to the Middle East, establishing localized operation and maintenance teams is crucial for ensuring service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Middle East region possesses unique geographical environments and cultural backgrounds, requiring service providers to deeply understand local markets to deliver precise and efficient services. For instance, Saudi Arabia’s desert environment imposes stricter demands on the heat resistance and stability of satellite equipment. Consequently, localized teams can provide customized solutions tailored to these conditions, ensuring satellite technology’s adaptability under extreme climates.

Regarding legal compliance, localized teams assist satellite service companies in better adhering to Middle Eastern regulations to mitigate compliance risks. For example, Saudi Arabia’s Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) enforces strict rules for satellite communication services. Localized teams ensure providers comply with local regulatory requirements while delivering services, safeguarding intellectual property rights, and avoiding potential legal disputes.

In summary, establishing localized operation and maintenance teams is essential for satellite service expansion into the Middle East. This not only elevates service quality to meet the region’s specific needs but also fosters corporate integration with local societies, laying a solid foundation for long-term development.
